Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in IT support with strong understanding of network infrastructure, hardware, and software.
Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems and common productivity software.
Familiarity with cloud-based services and remote support tools.
Strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide level 1 and 2 technical support to end-users, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, keeping IT infrastructure up-to-date.
Monitor and maintain network security, identifying and mitigating potential threats.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, from software glitches to hardware problems.
Conduct regular system backups to prevent data loss and ensure business continuity.
Train and assist employees on the use of new technologies and software.
