Job summary

KRAFTON Americas is seeking an IT Support Specialist embedded in KA IT to serve Eleventh Hour Games and provide day-to-day IT support across Windows, macOS, Linux, and studio tools.

You will manage devices, access, security, and coordinate with KA IT, HQ IT, and EHG to ensure smooth operations for a distributed game development environment in El Segundo, California. Onsite presence in the Krafton Americas office is required five days a week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT support or similar role.
• BS in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or similar field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems and endpoint administration.
• Experience with Active Directory, identity and access management.
• Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune, Jamf, SCCM.
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, firewalls, and LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira).
• Ability to support remote and distributed users while managing physical equipment and inventory.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfort working in security-conscious environments and handling sensitive systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT contact for EHG users and equipment requests.
• Provide hands-on and remote support for Windows, macOS, Linux, and devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, VPN, and account issues; escalate as needed.
• Provision and maintain workstations, laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
• Maintain asset inventory and lifecycle records for EHG equipment.
• Support procurement, warranty, repair, disposal workflows for hardware/software.
• Manage user lifecycle and access in AD and identity platforms.
• Apply Krafton security requirements to workstations and endpoints.
• Support game-dev tools like Perforce, Unreal Engine, Parsec, VPN.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding and equipment recovery.
• Coordinate with KA IT, HQ IT, and global teams to align practices.
• Document support processes and knowledge base articles.
• Suggest improvements to workflows and asset management.
• Provide AV/conference room support and projectors.
• Participate in KA IT projects and broader IT support as needed.
