Job summary

KRAFTON Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join the KA IT team and serve Eleventh Hour Games as the primary support resource. You will provide day-to-day IT support, workstation administration, asset management, and security adherence for EHG and potentially broader KA IT needs.

The role requires hands-on and remote support across Windows, macOS, Linux, and peripherals, with strong AD and IT systems experience. Onsite presence in California is expected daily.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support, IT operations, desktop support, or similar role.
• BS in Computer Science or Information Technology; certifications may substitute.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, with endpoint administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary IT contact for EHG users, handling technical assistance and access coordination.
• Provide hands-on and remote support for Windows, macOS, Linux, and devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, VPN, and account issues; escalate as needed.
• Configure and maintain workstations, laptops, monitors, and other hardware.
• Maintain asset inventory and lifecycle records; support procurement and disposition workflows.
• Manage user lifecycles in Active Directory and identity platforms; follow KA/HQ IT standards.
• Apply security requirements and endpoint standards to devices; ensure compliance.
• Support game development tools (Perforce, Unreal Engine, Parsec) and remote work tooling.
• Onboard/offboard EHG employees; coordinate with KA IT, HQ IT, and other teams.
• Document processes, SOPs, and ticket updates; provide KA IT project support as needed.
• Provide Audio Visual and conference room support; coordinate with global IT teams.
