Job summary

KRAFTON Americas is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join the KA IT team and serve as the primary IT support resource for Eleventh Hour Games (EHG), a KRAFTON studio. The role focuses on day-to-day IT support, workstation administration, security compliance, and escalation coordination with KA IT and HQ IT.

Based in California, the analyst will work closely with EHG and KA IT to ensure smooth operations, asset management, and coverage during onboarding and offboarding.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, troubleshooting and endpoint administration.
• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Active Directory and identity management concepts.
• Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune, Jamf, SCCM, or similar.
• Strong networking knowledge: DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, firewalls, LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
• Experience with incident, request, change management and ticketing systems.
• Ability to support remote and distributed users while managing equipment and inventory.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to lift, pull, and/or carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary IT contact for EHG users for technical assistance and access coordination.
• Provide hands-on and remote support for Windows, macOS, Linux, and devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, VPN, and account issues; escalate as needed.
• Provision and manage workstations, laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
• Maintain asset inventory and lifecycle records for EHG equipment.
• Support procurement, warranty, and disposal workflows for hardware and software.
