Job summary

Elements is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Denver, CO. You will be on the front line of technology support across Elements, managing the helpdesk queue, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and acting as the first responder to security alerts.

The role offers onsite work with potential for a hybrid schedule after onboarding. You will gain hands-on exposure to cloud identity, security, and AV, with opportunities to grow your responsibilities and skills through mentoring

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Experience with Windows and macOS in a business environment.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day helpdesk queue from intake to resolution.
• Respond to security alerts and escalate as needed.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding, device builds, and license management.
• Provide IT orientation and ongoing user support across the company.
• Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 including access and mailboxes.
• Maintain asset records for devices and AV equipment.
• Support conference room and event technology across offices.
• Contribute to IT projects, device rollouts, and AI/tools adoption.
• Document IT procedures and create self-service resources.
