Job summary

Elemental Brands seeks an IT Support Specialist to be the first line of IT help for employees. Initially supporting headquarters and the operations center, the role will become 100% on-site at the operations center.

You will ensure reliable hardware, software, and access across offices, remote locations, and fast-paced warehouse environments. Responsibilities include on-site troubleshooting, provisioning laptops, managing accounts in Google Workspace/M365, and collaborating with senior IT staff

Qualifications

Associate's or bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field preferred.
Three years or less experience in IT helpdesk/desktop support.
Knowledge of macOS and Windows administration.
Able to work on-site in Reno, NV.
Strong communication and teamwork.
Experience with ticketing platforms (Zendesk/Jira/ServiceNow).
Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for IT issues via ticketing, phone, chat, or walk-ins.
Perform on-site hardware troubleshooting in offices and warehouse.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across ChromeOS, macOS, and Windows.
Provision and configure laptops, monitors, and peripherals for new hires.
Manage user accounts and security groups in AD and SaaS apps.
Assist senior IT staff with complex infrastructure issues.
Maintain and document IT processes for knowledge base.
