Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians is seeking an IT Support Specialist to maintain and troubleshoot technology across tribal government, health, gaming, and enterprise operations.

You will support desktop devices, printers, phones, POS, and IoT devices connecting across the WAN, ensuring uptime for thousands of devices in seven county service areas. The role requires knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365, and strong communication to assist staff and external customers.

Formación

• Associate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field is required or three years of IT work experience.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office365 is required.
• A+ certification or equivalent preferred; valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily support for employee technology devices including connectivity, performance, repair, and updates.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on site or remotely as needed.
• Analyze and repair connectivity issues across LAN/WAN and peripherals.
• Document work performed and manage tickets using IT Help Desk system.
