Job summary

Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe in Michigan is seeking a help desk technician to provide Level 1 service desk and field support for hardware and applications across tribal operations. The role includes night shifts 3p-12a and weekend shifts 10a-6p, with a wage of $19.37 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of help desk experience or an associate degree with related IT certification.
• Experience with Windows Server and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to pass IT competency exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support for hardware and applications.
• Reset passwords for network and Kronos users.
• Repair and replace office equipment as needed.
• Document issues and resolutions in the service desk system.
• Support remote, on-site and call-center activities.
