Job summary

Seneca Gaming Corporation is hiring an IT Support professional to provide remote and on-site assistance across our gaming entities. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, manage tickets, and collaborate with Application Services and Technical Services teams to resolve complex problems.

The role requires an Associate's degree or equivalent work experience, IT certs within 12 months, and solid knowledge of Windows, Office, networking, and MFA security tools.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer science, MIS or related field required.
• IT certification within 12 months of employment required.
• 1–3 years related experience or coursework in IT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve end-user hardware and software issues via remote or on-site support.
• Provide remote support and on-site assistance for technicians, customers, events, and vendors.
• Maintain a centralized ticketing system and resolve incidents within SOPs and SLA.
• Assist in documenting knowledge base and procedures to improve team efficiency.
• Support desktop/laptop management, imaging, and deployment for new hires and terminations.
• Manage system access and perform basic system administration tasks.
• Maintain information security awareness and follow AUP policies.
