Job summary

Resourcesoft, Inc. is seeking an IT/help-desk professional to provide frontline end-user support in an office environment in Columbia, SC.

You will diagnose and resolve PC and software issues, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and support AV systems. The role relies on Microsoft Intune, Jamf, and Active Directory, with a focus on customer service and clear communication with both technical and non-technical users.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of frontline IT/help-desk support experience in an office/educational setting.
• Proficiency troubleshooting Windows and macOS computers and software.
• Experience with onboarding/offboarding and device deployment.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support to end users in person, remotely, and via service requests.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with computers, software, user accounts, peripherals, and network connectivity.
• Support classroom, conference room, and AV technology, including displays and conferencing systems.
• Assist with device setup, software installation, and routine OS/software updates.
• Operate within Intune, Jamf, or Active Directory under supervision.
• Help with technology projects, equipment refreshes, inventory, and documenting solutions.
