Qualifications

• Knowledge of PC and MAC OS
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Able to communicate with people at all levels
• Ability to research issues and present ideas clearly
• High school diploma required; certifications preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstation hardware, software, networked peripherals, and cabling.
• Provide technical assistance for incoming queries related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
• Resolve network-related technical problems as needed.
• Respond to queries in person, by phone, or by email.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
