Responsibilities

• Handle first level and escalated IT service requests for workstations, printers, networks and vendor hardware/software.
• Manage support tickets and assist with virus protection configuration and updates.
• Install software, patch systems, and manage accounts/password resets in AD.
• Test, troubleshoot, and verify connectivity and integration of systems.
