Job summary

PenAir Credit Union seeks a Technical Support Specialist to provide end-user hardware and software support at our Pensacola location. You will troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and related devices, coordinate with the IT team, and install and maintain end-user systems and cash/recycler equipment as needed.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience and at least a two-year degree or vendor certifications.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• Two-year college degree or vendor certifications or training.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair PCs and printers, coordinating with IT staff to resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
• Provide ongoing end-user support on the use of end-user hardware and software products.
• Install end-user hardware and software.
