Job summary

Flatiron Health, Inc. is seeking a full-time IT Support Specialist to help advance our cancer care infrastructure.

You will provide hands-on and remote support for macOS, Windows, and iOS devices, manage access across directories, and keep our teams productive across multiple offices in a hybrid work setting. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of end-user technology support experience, strong networking skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting end-user technology in IT Support/Desktop Support roles.
• Experience supporting identity, device, and workplace technology operations.
• Proven ability to provide white-glove, in-person and remote end-user support in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, WiFi).

Responsibilities

• Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle including provisioning, shipping, and retirement.
• Provide in-person and remote hardware, software, OS, and mobile support across macOS, Windows, and iOS.
• Administer user access and provisioning across Active Directory, Google Workspace, and Okta.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and wired networking issues.
• Manage endpoint configuration, software deployment, patching, and MDM tasks.
• Maintain conference room tech, Zoom Rooms, AV equipment, and meeting support.
• Document requests and manage tickets with timely updates and resolution.
• Deliver high-touch, customer-focused support while identifying process improvements.
