Qualifications

• Requires min. 2-year college degree in IT or related field.
• At least 2 years in computer hardware/software or desk-side support.
• At least 2 years in telephone equipment installation and maintenance.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Proven ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Proven superior customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers.
• Install and upgrade network/computer hardware and software.
• MDM administration and policy management.
• Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and telecom resources.
• Assist with IT audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Provide standby after-hours support as required.
