Innova Software Services Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite support for end-user devices in New Albany, OH. The role focuses on Windows desktops, hardware and software issue resolution, and network troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should demonstrate strong customer service skills and experience supporting IT operations on-site. This is a 6-month contract with onsite work only.

Qualificações
