Spectrum is seeking a Technical Specialist I for the Local Site IT team in Phoenix. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, deploy and maintain PCs, monitors, and peripherals, and support VoIP and Webex calling systems to keep our call center running.

The role requires 1+ year IT and 1+ year customer-service experience, plus strong problem-solving and teamwork skills to enhance asset management and compliance.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field
• 1+ years IT experience and 1+ years customer service experience
• Ability to work with users locally and remotely; lift up to 50 lbs

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a call center environment
