Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Technical Specialist I for our Local Site IT team in Las Vegas. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, deploy and maintain PCs, monitors, and peripherals, and support VoIP and Webex systems to ensure call center operations run smoothly.

You will work both independently and with a team to deliver high-quality service, manage asset records, and support ongoing upgrades in a fast-paced environment. A related associate degree and at least 1 year in IT are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years IT experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office; installing, repairing, and troubleshooting PC hardware and components.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for call center systems.
• Deploy, upgrade, and maintain PCs, monitors and peripherals.
• Support VoIP and Webex calling systems and ensure asset management compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and compliance.
