Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations and user support for the office.
• Maintain hardware/software inventory and runbooks; update configurations.
• Support patching, change management, and scheduled maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with IT teams on incident response and security tasks.
• Communicate with Head Office in Mandarin for troubleshooting.
