Qualifications

• 2-4 year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT Support.
• Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
• Proficiency with Windows 11, Windows Server, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory, SharePoint and Azure.
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, AWS.
• Experience with enterprise backup and Disaster Recovery platforms.
• Basic Powershell/SQL scripting proficiency desired.
• Experience in supporting ERP and EDI systems and software desired.
• Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
• Knowledge of database maintenance and system security.

IT Support Specialist Responsibilities

• Providing IT assistance to staff.
• Training end-users on hardware and software functionality.
