Job summary

You will also monitor networks, manage backups, and train staff on new technologies. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with at least two years in a similar role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
