The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in IT support, solid Windows and Mac experience, and familiarity with healthcare IT environments. This on-site role requires teamwork and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of IT support or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Experience with network administration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Monitor and maintain network and system security, including backups and disaster recovery plans.
• Train employees on new software and hardware as needed.
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and licenses.
