Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar IT support role.
• Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly used software programs.
• Familiarity with network security and data backup procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees on hardware, software, and network problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Monitor and maintain network and server systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and server related issues.
• Maintain and update IT documentation and inventory.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technology and improve existing systems.
• Conduct regular system backups and ensure data security and disaster recovery procedures are in place.
• Train employees on how to use various software and systems effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to IT security and data protection.
