Job summary

VigorCare Pediatric Services is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our growing team in Washington, DC. The role provides technical support to staff, maintains the IT infrastructure, and ensures security and reliability across systems.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, 2+ years of experience, and strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network related issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
• Monitor and maintain the company's network and server infrastructure
• Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and functioning properly
• Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and upgrades
• Train staff on new technologies and software as needed
• Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures and processes
• Collaborate with IT team members to identify and implement process improvements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
