Job summary

VigorCare Pediatric Services in Nashville, TN seeks an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our growing team and maintain internal systems and applications. This full-time, permanent role provides hands-on support for hardware, software, and networks.

You will troubleshoot issues promptly, install and configure systems, document procedures, and collaborate with IT colleagues to implement upgrades, while delivering excellent customer service to clinicians and staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
At least 2 years in an IT support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of healthcare systems and applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to all employees for hardware, software, and network related issues
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new systems and upgrades
Maintain documentation of IT systems and processes
Train employees on new systems and software as needed
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
