Job summary

VigorCare Pediatric Services is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide frontline technical support to staff and clients in our Chicago office. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, install and configure systems, and monitor performance to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in CS or IT, 2+ years in tech support, strong Windows/macOS knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2+ years of experience in a technical support role
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration
Familiarity with virtualization and cloud computing
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Customer service-oriented mindset
Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) a plus

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to staff and clients for all IT-related issues and inquiries
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
Monitor and maintain system performance and security
Assist with the implementation of new technology and systems
Document and track support requests and resolutions
Train staff on new technology and software as needed
Collaborate with IT team to identify and implement process improvements
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
