The position emphasizes customer service, knowledge sharing, and adherence to security practices, with typical 8-to-5 hours and on-site work at various North American locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

• Resolve technical problems with LAN, WAN, and other systems.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Create knowledge base documentation on process.
• Follow-up and update customer status and information.
• Identify and suggest improvements on procedures.
