Arena Staffing is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our Portland-area team on a full-time, contract-to-hire basis.

You will provide hands-on technical support for employees and clients, set up new equipment, manage software, and help maintain secure, efficient IT operations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT support, strong Windows and macOS knowledge, and excellent communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years IT support experience.
• Strong Windows and Mac operating system knowledge.
• Experience with AD, Exchange, and Office 365.
• Solid networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Customer-focused with a positive user experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees and clients for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Set up and configure computers, printers, and devices.
