Job summary

Fuel Talent is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a 6-month contract with potential to convert to full-time. You will join a fast-paced team, solving problems and keeping office technology running smoothly for 1–2 years of IT support experience.

The role focuses on Windows/macOS support, collaboration, and exposure to the latest IT tools. You will support onsite and remote employees, manage accounts and devices, and contribute to various infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on IT support or desktop support experience.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, networking, and user support.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Google Workspace/IAM.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and enjoys helping others.
• Experience with VMware Workspace ONE, CompTIA certifications, or networking technologies like Cisco, Aruba, or Palo Alto is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 support for onsite and remote employees.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, hardware, networking, printers, and AV equipment.
• Support office technology, conference rooms, live events, and regional offices.
• Manage user accounts, devices, and access through Active Directory and Google Workspace.
• Assist with IT projects, documentation, procurement, and inventory.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver an excellent employee support experience.
