Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist employees with mobile and desktop platforms. You will deliver hands-on training and troubleshooting for Office 365 cloud, SuccessFactors, Concur, and other internal resources.

Responsibilities include resolving technical issues, maintaining productivity systems, and supporting Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive across the organization onsite in Santa Rosa, CA.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting mobile and desktop platforms (iOS, Android, Windows, Mac).
• Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem on mobile and PC.
• Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support to employees including device setup and problem solving.
• Train users on productivity tools like Office 365, SuccessFactors, Concur, etc.
• Fix issues and ensure smooth operation of internal resources.
