Job summary

PACE-RI is seeking an IT Associate to provide day-to-day technology support and coordination across PACE-RI and Canopy Care Solutions. You will assist with user access, hardware/software support, and IT projects, serving as a reliable resource for staff and helping maintain documentation and training materials.

The role requires excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with vendors and the IT partner.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office or similar software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication and English reading/writing.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Provides first-level technical support to staff for routine hardware, software, accounts, printers, peripherals, connectivity, and other IT issues; escalates complex issues to the technology partner and monitors tickets to resolution.
• Coordinates setup and access for new hires, transfers, leaves, interns, and separations; ensures timely provisioning and termination of access.
• Maintains inventories of IT assets, licenses, and equipment; supports lifecycle planning and replacements.
• Maintains software licensing information, renewal and upgrade schedules, and records with IT Manager and partner.
• Supports creation of user instructions and documentation for consistent use of technology and systems.
• Assists IT Manager with tracking training, compliance, and system updates; coordinates follow-up activities.
