Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of related computing work experience.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage tickets.

• Oversee incident documentation and knowledgebase maintenance.
• Coordinate infrastructure change management.
• Mentor team and provide training.
• Liaise with department heads for continual improvement feedback.
• Assist with training Helpdesk personnel.
