University of North Texas System seeks a Cross Functional IT Support Manager to lead IT support operations on the Denton campus. You will supervise Tier I Helpdesk staff, coordinate incident management and knowledgebase updates, and partner with department heads to drive continual improvement.

As a key member of the AITS leadership team, you will manage deployments, ensure software compliance, mentor staff, and handle on-call duties.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Five years of related computing work experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Tier I Helpdesk employees
• Oversight for proper work documentation in Incident Management System
• Oversight for Knowledgebase Maintenance
• Plan and Coordinate Infrastructure Change Management
• Team Mentoring
• Liaison with Department Heads for Continual Improvement Feedback
• Assist with training Helpdesk personnel
• Research and quote new technology solutions for customer departments
• Complete special projects as assigned
• OnCall
• Oversee the movement of computer equipment
