The University of North Texas System is seeking a System Administrator to deliver Tier 2 service desk support across CAS IT units. This role involves on-site coverage at main campus and Discovery Park, handling phones, walk-ins, and ticket resolutions while documenting and maintaining devices and software.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years of computing experience; preferred skills include ServiceNow, JAMF, PowerShell, PowerBI, and AD.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field and three years of computing work experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is preferred.
• Ability to support multiple units and handle sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier 2 service desk support to CAS IT units via Amazon Connect.
• Resolve tickets from the shared ServiceNow queue with priority handling.
• Provide in-person support across main campus and Discovery Park locations.
• Document, install, maintain, and decommission devices and software.
• Assist with special projects and time-sensitive work as needed.
