Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Computer Equipment Support Operations II to support our government customer at Ft. Eustis, Virginia. The role requires U.S.

citizenship and an active Secret clearance, with a Bachelor's in CS/IT and IAT-II certification. Three years of IT or equipment support experience are expected; Windows 10 certification must be completed within six months. Compensation starts at $58,000 with a standard benefits package; E-Verify is practiced in hiring.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of IT experience with desktop support preferred.
• IAT-II certification required (e.g., CCNA Security, Security+ CE, GSEC).
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT-related field required.
• Windows 10 certification required within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support and resolve service requests.
• Enter tasks into Remedy to create work tickets describing the work.
• Operate the service desk with Tier II support and on-site walk-ins.
• Manage Remedy accounts and coordinate with the customer to resolve requests.
• Provide resolution services for hardware, software, and network infra including remote access.
• Perform network/system maintenance and design, and support databases.
• Suggest and implement solutions for reported problems on equipment/networks.
• Monitor system workload and perform on-site hardware/configuration tasks.
