Job summary

IPT Associates (IPTA) in Ft. Eustis, VA is seeking a Computer Network Support Specialist (Journeyman) to provide technical assistance and Tier 1–3 support for AvMC Enterprise under DoD cybersecurity policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to maintain secure and available systems per DoD cybersecurity policies.
• Offer Tier 1–3 technical support to the AvMC Enterprise.
• Install, operate and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
• Log and track all service requests in the ASC service management system.
• Configure and sustain devices consistent with DISA DMUC policies.
