Job summary

Server Products Inc is seeking an IT Administrator to own the secure, reliable operation and day-to-day support of the company’s IT infrastructure and end-user technology. This role spans office and manufacturing settings, providing Tier 1 and 2 support as the company modernizes to cloud-based platforms.

You will manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory, and vendor-supported business apps while maintaining asset records and participating in disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in systems or network administration.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Certifications such as Security+, Microsoft, IAM preferred.
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi‑Fi, VPNs.
• Proficient with Windows 11 and Windows Server 2019+.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Familiar with Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory.
• Familiar with Azure, AWS, cloud migrations and hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of Nutanix or similar virtualization.
• Backup, restoration, and disaster recovery practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer network hardware and Nutanix infrastructure.
• Maintain Windows servers and endpoints.
• Manage DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support in-person and remote.
• Assist cloud migrations and hybrid environments.
• Maintain asset and lifecycle records and documentation.
• Support cybersecurity controls and backups.
• Plan infrastructure projects with vendors.
