• 5+ years in IT support engineering or related role required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; technical leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting across multiple platforms and environments.
• Experience with enterprise applications and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Attend and lead project meetings with technical insights.
• Manage support ticket queue and ensure timely resolution.
• Mentor team members to improve technical proficiency.
• Ensure 24/7/365 support coverage including on-call scheduling.
• Escalate issues to Tier 4+ teams when needed.
• Maintain KB articles and documentation for teams.
