Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, NJ is seeking a hands-on IT Support Services Supervisor to lead our team of IT Support Services Technicians across three shifts on-site. This role is 100% on-site and requires coaching staff, resolving escalated issues, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

6+ years of IT experience, including service desk/ IT operations.
Experience supervising technical staff.
Hands-on experience with help desk ticketing and remote-control software.

Responsibilities

Supervise IT Support Services Technicians across all three shifts.
Participate in recruiting, onboarding and training of technicians.
Provide after-hours support and maintain customer service levels.
