terribleherbst is seeking an IT Manager to oversee day-to-day IT operations for Primm properties. You will lead a local IT team, coordinate with corporate IT and external vendors, and ensure critical systems stay available in a 24/7 hospitality, gaming, and retail environment.

This role drives service quality, incident response, and technology readiness across three casinos and associated facilities, balancing guest experiences with operational risk management.

Qualificações

• Experience leading IT teams in complex, 24/7 environments.
• Strong understanding of IT operations, incident management, and service delivery.
• Familiarity with gaming, hospitality, or convenience store tech environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Primm IT team across multiple properties.
• Ensure incidents, requests and problems are resolved within service targets.
• Coordinate with corporate IT, vendors, and property leaders for reliable tech delivery.
• Maintain and improve IT service policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Provide escalation leadership during outages and major incidents.
