Job summary

Station Casinos in Las Vegas is seeking a Corporate IT Administrator to deliver expert IT support to executives and staff at the corporate office. You will handle incidents, requests, and project tasks, ensuring security and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Daily responsibilities include on-call coverage outside staffed hours, remote and onsite support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Nevada Gaming Control Board gaming card.
• 2+ years executive desktop support.
• 5+ years desktop hardware/peripherals experience.
• 5+ years end-user applications on MacOS/iOS/Android.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct.
• Flexible, customer-focused service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert IT support to Company Executives and staff at the corporate office.
• Setup and monitor high-priority meetings with collaboration and AV services.
• Resolve complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, and escalate as needed.
