Job summary
The MGM Resorts International Bellagio property is seeking a Senior Property Tech Ops Engineer to troubleshoot and deploy end-user devices, network, Wi-Fi, and applications on-site. You will support field deployments for events, manage incidents, and collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to ensure fast recovery and a seamless user experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field with 3+ years of cross-domain tech support.
- Experience across endpoint hardware, server infra, network/WiFi troubleshooting, and MDM.
- Strong executive-facing service mindset with discretion and communication.
Responsibilities
- Support, troubleshoot & deployment of end user devices, network, WiFi, mobile devices, and applications.
- Assist with escalated incidents and requests; collaborate to resolve complex issues.
- Provide on-site maintenance for hardware and software at Bellagio, including events.
- Participate in Major Incident and Problem Investigations; communicate real-time updates to stakeholders.
