Job summary

Dutch Wonderland is seeking an IT Support Technician to help set up and maintain networking systems for the IT infrastructure and to provide IT support during special events within the park and offices in Lancaster, PA.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, plus IT certification or higher education preferred. 1-2 years’ IT or help desk experience is ideal; POS setup skills are a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Associate or Bachelor degree or technical IT certification preferred.
• 1-2 years IT Technician or Support experience preferred.
• IT Help Desk experience is a plus; POS setup/troubleshooting skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• With minimal supervision, troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and install PCs, peripherals, networks, and communications equipment.
• Provide direct user support for software and hardware needs.
• Assist with installation and cabling, user support, backups, and IT documentation.
• Assist with configuring IT systems (workstations) across facilities and festival grounds.
• Provide status updates to leadership and end users via voicemail, email, or in person.
