Job summary

Dutch Wonderland in Lancaster, PA is seeking an IT Support Technician to help set up and maintain networking systems for the park and office, and to provide IT support for special events. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years IT Technician or Help Desk experience preferred.
• Technical certification in IT or related discipline is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Install and modify office and park computer hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot and repair IT systems, networks, and peripherals.
• Assist with cabling, backups, and IT documentation.
• Provide user support for hardware and software problems.
• Coordinate IT tasks during festivals and events.
