Job summary

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts is seeking an Event Technology Services Intern to support, deploy, and remove technology for Hersheypark, stadiums, and events across the Entertainment Complex and Resorts properties. You will assist with POS devices, digital signage, printers, and mobile devices on-site during events.

Ideal candidates are college students majoring in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completing a degree in a related field (CS/IT).
• Interest in IT support for events and venues.
• Ability to work on-site at Hersheypark and venues.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve end-user IT issues during events.
• Learn IT practices to support business operations.
• Inventory and track hardware deployments and storage.
• Replace and image POS hardware using Endpoint Management tool.
• Set up and teardown equipment for Hershey Entertainment & Resorts events.
• Perform preventive maintenance on hardware.
• Log incidents in the ITSM system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
