Job summary

Dutch Wonderland is seeking an IT Support Technician to assist with setup and maintenance of networking systems and park IT infrastructure, including special events. You will install and modify office and park computer hardware and software, while offering technical advice to users.

The role requires 18+ years of age, flexible schedule including evenings/weekends, and willingness to travel to US parks during summer. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate's/Bachelor's in IT or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years IT Technician/Help Desk experience preferred.
• POS setup/troubleshooting experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• With minimal supervision, troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and install PCs, peripherals, networks, and communications equipment.
• Provide direct user support for software and hardware needs.
• Support LAN/WAN equipment and standard interfaces.
• Assist with installation, cabling, backups, and IT documentation.
• Configure workstations across organizational facilities and festival grounds.
• Assist users with hardware and software issues on personal computers.
• Perform preventive maintenance on computer and peripheral equipment.
