Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with IT service requests and support calls, including basic hardware, software, application, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Assist with setup, configuration, and deployment of desktops, laptops, peripherals, and other end-user technology.
• Support routine user account administration and software installation under IT staff guidance.
• Document service requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
• Assist with IT equipment and asset inventory and with routine operational tasks.
• Collaborate with IT team on projects across systems, networking, cybersecurity, applications, and infrastructure.
