Responsabilidades

• Greet walk-ins with professionalism.
• Troubleshoot issues including: Asurams-SECURE Wi-Fi, Banner Web access, D2L/GAView access, Email access.
• Relocate and install computer workstations, printers, and phones.
• Break down computers to consign for surplus.
• Occasionally assist the Inventory team to receive and store warehouse deliveries.
• Occasionally assist the A/V team with events and classroom support.
