Job summary

Auburn University is seeking a student employee to provide Level One IT support for faculty, staff, students, and alumni across campus. The role includes incident tracking, documentation, and configuring devices for campus networks and email systems.

This position requires current student status, a minimum 2.0 GPA, and willingness to work some evening and Sunday shifts, including parts of breaks and the Summer term.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be motivated, diligent, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Level One support for Auburn Information Technology resources.
• Incident tracking and documentation.
• Configuration of laptops, tablets, and cell phones for campus wireless and email systems.
• Assist students living on campus with TV, gaming systems, and streaming devices configuration.
• Assist with Duo 2Factor registration, reactivation, and removal.
• Ability to work independently.
