Qualifications

• Must be a current Albany State student enrolled in six undergraduate credit hours or three graduate credit hours.
• A valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Experience with computers, PC & Mac.

Responsibilities

• Assist the audio-visual team with classroom technology issues and projects.
• Perform routine AV maintenance, testing, and resolution of technical issues.
• Troubleshoot AV problems in classrooms and event spaces to minimize disruptions.
• Manage AV work order tickets and document support activities for timely resolution.
